OS X Mavericks in not available in AppStore. How to get any OS X version to MacBook Pro during the OS X reinstall process?

I tried to reinstall OS X Mavericks on my MacBook Pro, but I met a trouble- cannot download OS X Mavericks from AppStore. So, now my Mac is not working 😮 How it is possible to get any OS X to install?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

If you have mid/late 2007 or newer you may be able to install El Capitan:

get El Capitan from the App Store
