A good audio interface for IMac?

I need to record some really nice, professional quality audio on my 2016 IMac. My microphone is a professional Shure SM58, but the Shure has a XLR 3-pin m/f cable, not a USB connector. Needed only for high-quality audio with no hiss or hum, no music involved. Can someone please recommend a good but affordable XLR / USB audio-only interface for this?
