This is a user-to-user technical support forum, not a way to contact Apple. Anything you post here is visible to anyone with an Internet connection. So you have just published your email address to several billion people. I've asked the hosts to remove it.

contact Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

See If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485

By saying "we don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions," Apple has notified you that you can't answer your security question satisfactorily. So see Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303

This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”

Thus, given Apple's notification, we can do nothing to help you, except to mention that Apple support might help you if you have an extenuating circumstance (e.g., you have your receipt for your purchase of a pertinent device from an authorized Apple seller with its serial number on it). If you want to contact Apple Support to discuss any possible extenuating circumstance, see the support options below. Alternatively, if an Apple Store is open in your area, then you can go there to deal with your extenuating circumstance. You also can make a genius-bar appointment (https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/) if you want.

See If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485 and try to reset them in your Apple ID account https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin. If you can't do

so, then Apple has precluded you from resetting them and, thus, has notified you that you cannot answer them satisfactorily.

So see Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303. This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”

Hi all. I found a solution. When updating my iphone to the latest ios today (1 Aug 2022 v15.6). It asked me to upgrade my security. I went through the process of updating my security to two factor authentication. From the phone I was able to select a secondary email for two factor, so I created a second gmail account as the. email I had associated with it stated that it could not be verified. I am not sure why, but I then put in the details of the new address. This then also became the apple id sign in, replacing the old one which was only a username (created 20 odd years ago). During this process I was able to set up two factor authentication; bypassing the security question endless loop that we have all been stuck in. I am now able to sign into my apple id from the website again. I am no longer asked the security questions and have to guess. I hope this helps. I did not get the apple support people to suggest this approach after 2 calls, 3 techs and 2 hours on the phone.
