See If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485

By saying "we don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions," Apple has notified you that you can't answer your security question satisfactorily. So see Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303

This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”

Thus, given Apple's notification, we can do nothing to help you, except to mention that Apple support might help you if you have an extenuating circumstance (e.g., you have your receipt for your purchase of a pertinent device from an authorized Apple seller with its serial number on it). If you want to contact Apple Support to discuss any possible extenuating circumstance, see the support options below. Alternatively, if an Apple Store is open in your area, then you can go there to deal with your extenuating circumstance. You also can make a genius-bar appointment (https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/) if you want.

See If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485 and try to reset them in your Apple ID account https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin. If you can't do

so, then Apple has precluded you from resetting them and, thus, has notified you that you cannot answer them satisfactorily.

So see Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303. This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”

Yeah I’ve got a situation where my iPhone no longer a recognize my fingerprints or my biometrics and if anyone’s following like the stories with the FBI trying to unlock iPhones let me assure you that Apple is absolutely no better at it.

They keep censoring five messages on here which is fine I’m used to being censored but in my own defense I went to the Apple flag ship store in New York City because it’s got to be so problematic and while they were in the paddling meeting about it my phone got stolen at the Genius Bar.

I told them to ping it right away and get the GPS coordinates since I had flown up north specifically to meet with the security teams at my university and with Apple hopefully.

They told me that it was an error it was just a technical glitch and told me that it had been fixed

That was a decade ago and I’m still mad. I’m hooked on the Apple, but security and privacy is definitely not their strong suit.
