I could not find any options to contact Apple Support directly about this issue. When I use their support wizard I end up back at iforgot.apple.com. It is an endless cycle.

In my case I tried to create an apple id recently using my email id and Apple said there is already an account. I must have created it a long while ago and forgotten about it; so I used the reset password feature and successfully reset my password. But when I try to log-in the security questions come up for which I do not know the answers.

Trying to reset the security questions presents me with a page asking for 'Your current security question and answer'.

I don't see the logic behind asking a person for his security question answers when he is trying to reset it in the first place. I am able to log in to the forum and support website using my password

I know you are trying to help, but repeating the same answer is not going to help either. If you'd read my message, you'll see that I do not find an option to contact Apple Support in my country (India), possibly due to Covid. So your answer at the beginning of the thread is not helpful for me at all.

I am posting here to see if any one who is in a similar situation managed to get it resolved, and if yes, how.

I am facing the same issue as you.

Contacted Apple support, he just sent me the link to iforgot.apple.com to reset my security questions. I don't know whether he is trolling on me or he really don't know what's going on.

When I finally get him to understand my situation, he told me he can't help and just advised me to create a new account.

Do you already find a solution to this?

I seem to have a security question set up maybe since 2009 i keep answering the same questions like my first car, childhood friend and where my parents met. Those answers cannot be changed and they ALL seem to not be accepted when I try to sign in. I cant even remember anymore if I set those up myself please help me retain my email and account or at lease allow me to reset those questions.
