Forgot the answer to my Apple ID security questions

I'm experiencing the same issue. Following your instructions or trying to get hold of any kind of apple support just goes around in circles providing the same "We don't have sufficient information..." or pointing to the community.

UK based, they don't provide a phone number in the support link in your original reply either.

Go to the page linked in my previous reply.

Under United Kingdom, click on "Get support now" > Disabled Apple ID > Reset Apple ID password > then click on "No Thanks. Continue"

This should present you - in the UK - with options including Talk to Apple Support Now (provide your phone number for a call back from Apple) and online Chat with Apple Support, both currently with only short wait times of 5 mins or less.

The previous Reilly did NOT work .... so that is why the question is asked again. Please please please get give one that does. -

computer gives NO option to change security answers as is shown in the instructions

I am trying to reset my security questions, as my account was used to log in to a Mac Book early this morning. I have reset my password, but I am not able to get into my account because I can't recall my security questions.

How can I change these?

we need to change our apple security question. Apples answer sends us to page where they say we can change security question but option is only change password -

Yes I’m trying to update my phone but it still has my old email address, but I put my new email for my iCloud. But when it comes to the questions it say my answers is wrong, for my security questions. But if I hit send to my emails it shows my old email. I can’t get in that email at all

I can't reset my security questions. It's been years since I've been in my account and want to set up a new one but can't due to old one. I tried resetting password and it let me but I still can't get in as security questions are wrong and when I ask to reset them it says not enough information to reset.

There is no option to contact support in Australia and following the prompts just leads around in a circle to try an reset the questions which then says Apple has "Insufficient Information to Reset".

If anyone knows an alternate way to contact security support in Australia please advise
