Forgot the answer to my Apple ID security questions

I have the same problem and unfortunately your instructions do not help if you get the "We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions" message.

According to Apple support there is no way what so ever to get access to such an Apple ID. Even if I know the ID, the password, the phone number, the mail address. I even have the iPhone logged in to this ID and could receive messages to the phone number or mail associated with the ID.

I just don't know the answers to the security questions. Trying to reset them leads to the "We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions" error. Trying to log on to the ID leads to "please answer your security questions". Complete dead lock.

My last answer was removed, because someone claimed it was not polite enough. So I try it a second time.

The answer from Jonathan is unfortunately not really helpful. His solution just does not work in many cases. And it does not work in my case.

when you don’t know the answer to the security questions and try to reset them, you may get the message, that the security questions can not be reset, because there are not enough information. See my post just above.

calling the apple support team does not change anything. They will not give you access to your account again. Tried it the last two days with several supporters. The answer is always the same. The account is lost, you won’t get access.

why do I write this? Just to prevent everyone else in the same situation to try things that won’t work.

Hello kindly assist me it’s urgent my this is my Apple ID I can remember the password and I Can access my email I came to Morocco few days ago for a business trip and sadly left my iPhone in a taxi I can’t be able to find the IPhone and also I can’t log in to my account from my phone because I cannot reset my security questions with several attempts and because I forgot my security questions and I’m stranded
