Forgot the answer to my Apple ID security questions

Apple ID Cannot Reset Security Question We don't have sufficient information to reset your security questions. I have my apple ID and password, but i cannot log in because i have forgotten the security question answers. My device was MacBook Pro 15, which is now named "JezAGVf8" but I sold it so it is no more on my hand, but I want to use my ID to sign to my other device

Hello Sir/Madam

Recently i have been trying to open my iTunes on my laptop and I had trouble to connect on my laptop and the reason for that was because I’ve forgotten the password, but i figure it out to change it, but during the logging in i went to the page thats says i had to put the security question, I have tried few times the security question but then i ended up to the page where says the security question is sufficient from Apple ID.

I want to know how can i solve this problem to login to my account?

I reset my password. You then ask me a security question. I don’t remember the answer. You tell me that you don’t have enough information to reset my security questions. I am totally confused. Help.
