Go to OWC and buy a compatible SSD.

The Samsung SSD you showed should work for your model of MacBook Pro.
However, as Csound1 points out its best to buy it from a vendor that can guarantee it will work for your model of Mac.
Basically when looking for an SSD, you use the specific model of MacBook Pro as the identifier.
For instance: SSD for late 2013 MacBook Pro. This is generally the Blade Type PCI-e SSD as seen in the links above.
For older MacBook Pros it may be a Sata 2.5" SSD,
For the newest MBPs its simply soldered to the motherboard so no type.
Unlike RAM, it does not get more specific, as for those any blade-type PCI-e SSD will generally fit.
As has been said, you need to look for one that works with your model of MacBook Pro.
You have not told us what model of MacBook Pro you have.
The way to tell if they work is if they explicitly state they work with a Mac.
There's no specification other than being PCI-e blade type SSDs for Mac, or Mac compatible, and for your specific model of Mac.
What SSDs are you looking at that don't look like they'll fit? Why do you think they don't seem to fit?
This is what blade type PCI-e SSD for an Early 2013 Mac looks like:
This is for Late 2013 to 2015 models.
Scould1 is giving me contradictory information, unless I've misunderstood you both.
They are Samsung and the reason they don't look like they fit is because of the teeth and with the MacBook, there is an dip in the SSD near the centre, whilst this same dip/cutaway is near the edge. Attached is a Samsung for the MacBook that is the cutaway/dip in between the teeth/pins near the centre.

Thanks but I wanted to know the type/model/details/specs of the SSD. Thanks
Click on the "Learn More" in the link I previously provided (beside the size that you are interested in) and it shows detailed specs.
For example:
It doesn't give specifics, like for RAM: PC5300 DDR2 667 MHZ laptop memory SO-DIMM 200pin
With the above information, I can find RAM suitable for my mac, from verious manufacturers but said information isn't available for the SSDs listed. Where could I get that information, if I've missed it on the links you've provided? Thanks
The one with the separation closer to the center is for the newer Macs. Late 2013 to Early 2015.
The ones with the separation more to one side is for older Macs. 2012 to Early 2013.
As said, unfortunately , there's no more specification to be had. There's no identification for the difference in teeth arrangement other than they work for one model or another.
Which is what Csound is saying. Either they work or they don't. for that reason its best to buy them from a vendor that can tell you exactly what Mac they are for.

Thanks but I wanted to know the type/model/details/specs of the SSD. Thanks
Hi,
Just fyi, the RAM is soldered to the logic board and cannot be upgraded.
I know: I'm looking for SSDs.
