Hi, I got an email from apple id. It is about validating my account within 24 hours or my account will be terminated but I found the email address is very strange (no-replyaccountswebservicesacrzhh@mgjfqbgjmevz.ibw)
Is it a fake email?
Absolutely it's fake. Without exception, all pop-ups, email messages and text messages telling you that your Apple ID needs to be 'verified', or that you have a virus, or that your Mac needs 'cleaning', are scams devised either to get your personal details or to sell you useless software. Never ever click on a link or ring a telephone number in one of these messages.
All emails from Apple will come from apple.com (though this can be forged) and will address you by name, not 'Dear Customer' or the like. (They will never contact you by text message.) Apple will never ask you to verify your information nor tell you your account will be locked if you don't follow a link. If Apple do have to lock your ID for security reasons they won't tell you; they will wait for you to find out and contact them yourself.
You can report a scam message to Apple, if you like, by forwarding it as an email attachment to reportphishing@apple.com ; then delete it.

You're not talking to Apple in these forums. The Support method I gave you in the other thread you posted in should provide a method to follow up if the initial method fails. But you are going to have to prove that you are who you say you are.

Same answer: it's a scam. And it's a bad idea to post your email address, even in an image, and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
