Hi
The following steps may help (check after each):
If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Privacy > Location Services:
- Check that Location Services (the main setting at the top) is turned on.
- In the list of apps beneath, check that each of Calendar, Reminders and Siri & Dictation are set to While Using.
- If each setting is already enabled:
- Try briefly turning off Location Services and then turning it back on again.
- Try briefly changing the other settings to Never and then back to While Using.
- Go to System Services > check that desired options (including Location-Based Alerts) are enabled.
On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Calendar:
- Check that your Apple Calendar app is selected as the Default Calendar.
On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Reminders:
- Check that a list from your Apple Reminders app is selected as the Default List.
If you have not yet done so, enable iCloud Calendars and Reminders:
- On your iPhone, go to: Settings > tap on your name / Apple ID at the top > iCloud > enable each of Calendars and Reminders.
Close certain apps and restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch:
- Close the Watch app, Reminders app and Calendar app (if open) on your iPhone:
- Double-click the Home button, then swipe up on each app preview to close the apps.
- Restart both devices, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first:
Unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch:
