I ve restored my iphone 7 and the app Ivault disapear on my phone. I tried to search on the app store and i couldn t find it.
That´s mean that i lost all my pics?

Try looking for the app in the list of previously purchased items. On top of the Updates tab in the App Store, there’s a button that shows you all apps purchased with your account.
Yes but does not appear... When I start the restore the icon is in grey then disappear.
If an item has been removed from the App Store it no longer shows up in the list of all purchased apps.
And I lost all my information?
This is so sick.... I lost too much pictures 😟
I have a full backup to iTunes with the app in but don't want to restore everything else on my iPhone back to this - is there any way of just retrieving the app data for that one app? Thanks 🙂
It is certainly available as "Photo iVault" in the UK app store. It does say that you must have iOS 10.1 or above.
but i have iOS 11.0 what can i do?
I'm still on iOS 10.3.2 and iVault isn't there so I'm not sure rolling back helps - it's not about the iOS so much as whether or not the app still exists
This is plain disgusting. I had upgraded to Pro by paying 3.99$ I had about 100 pics in that app! Can nothing be done about this?? Someone please help..
I did the same thing upgraded to pro but it’s gone. I downgraded my iPhone and still nothing!

Hey did you have any solution i have this problem and i cant take my pics back !
I used Phonerescue which found the ivault folder on my phone with the photos, and downloaded them to my computer.

Maybe you have a pre ios11 backup on your computer? Maybe that one has all the photos still in it?
