Getting hands on a Day one (Release Date) iPhone

So let’s say i’m able to preorder the newest iPhone after the keynote and decide to have to pick it up at my nearest Apple Store, Will I be gurenteed an IPhone on Release day (Day One)?

Example:

iPhone 8 keynote is September 12th

Preorder Day is supposedly September 15th

Release day is supposedly September 22nd.

If I successfully preorder on the 15th, am I gurenteed an IPhone the 22nd If i walk into the store?

This is just a user to user forum nobody hear works for Apple We are just users of apple devices we help with software problems.

You will just have to wait & see?
