Q:Spots on Iphone 7 black matte finish

I am facing issue regarding the spots on the back side of matte black Iphone 7. It appear after using silicone cover. It is kind of some white spots, may be it is kind of moisture, not sure about it. I have tried cleaning it with soft cloth but it did not get remove. Kindly look into it. Picture is attached.

If the marks cannot be removed by cleaning your iPhone in accordance with Apple's cleaning instructions and you are concerned about a potential manufacturing defect, then contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider with a view to having your iPhone checked and, if recommended, serviced / replaced under warranty:
