That Framework is part of iOS. It would not have anything to do with the issues you are experiencing.
Before you ask, no there is no way to remove it.
I would attempt some general troubleshooting before trying to guess what those logs mean.
TroubleShooting Steps
- A Reset may cure some bugs. Hold down the Home and sleep/power buttons until the apple logo shows up.
If still not resolved:
- Reset all Settings. Go to Settings->General->Reset->Reset All Settings
If its still not resolved:
- Restore the device as new.
