Use of Logic Pro X Loops in my Video Game

I’m wanting to use some Apple Loops from Logic Pro X in a Video Game I am making, which will be sold in a years time. I’m wanting to know whether I can use these Apple Loops (I’ve modified them slightly) in my game. For example a Piano Loop will play throughout the duration of the main menu and other menus. I’ve read up the License and Copyright sheet on using Loops and from various other FAQ’s regrading this subject but frankly I’m confused by the opinions of various people. By me using these Apple Loops as they are with slight modifications, will it class them as “Standalone” thus nullifying my effort in using them?

I understand how the Loops aren’t directly accessible by the player (only by hearing it as cues in the game) but will the fact that I’m using the single Loops cause a Copyright Infringement?
