Apple Music -- "An Error Occurred"

Yesterday (07 Sept 17) my Apple Music worked fine.

Today...it works perfectly on my iPhone but doesn't work on my MacBook Air.

Every time I search for a song on MacBook, I get "AN ERROR OCCURRED" message. Radio works...I can search for items in the iTunes store and play previews...but I cannot stream through Apple Music.

Again, I'm not experiencing any issues at all on iPhone, so I know my account is OK. Seems to be a Mac issue.

Any suggestions?

thx

Hi, cm34dream.

I see that you're trying to stream music from your Apple Music membership on your MacBook Air. It works fine from your iPhone and you're able to browse in iTunes on your Mac, but unable to stream any songs from Apple Music. I'm happy to help.

Apple - Support - System Status -- You can check Apple's system status to determine if Apple Music is available.

Manage the Wi-Fi connection on your Mac -- If there's another one available, try a different network.

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac -- Restart your MacBook Air in safe mode, then reboot normally and test the issue.

Let me know how that goes and take care!
