Add a link to a local file into a Reminder

AFAIK, not in Reminders, only in Calendar events and Notes. Let Apple know what’d you like.

Evernote also lets you set reminders so, for what you want, it sounds like a better fit than Apple's fairly rudimentary Reminders.

Evernote can be kind of.... busy. Reminders if good if you just want a program that reminds of things. It really doesn't have a very wide range of features, though.
