I accidentally made a purchase and I need a refund. When I go to enter the request it doesn't go through.

I accidentally purchased something for $9.99 on an app and I didn't mean to. When I go to report the prblem through the link on the receipt, it says that it didn't go through.

Purchases are considered final but as well as the 'report a problem' site ( http://reportaproblem.apple.com ) you could try contacting iTunes Support via : https://support.apple.com/contact or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
