Error 9 while attempting to restore iTunes.

Yesterday, I attempted to restore my iPad to iOS 10.3.3 because of a black screen of death. Yesterday, before, I updated the iPad to iOS 10.3.3 from 10.2 (my iPad Pro 9.7), and instead of going into update, it went dead. It did download the update successfully, but it went broke after it restarted. So I went to iTunes to restore because getting it out of DFU mode doesn't work. So, I restored it and guess what happened: Error 9 happened, and I have no reasoning behind it and what happened. I was also using a non-faulty cable, and yet a new one I bought from Apple Store, and it works well while charging. Why, and what should I do, I read all these tutorials, and it never worked for me.User uploaded fileUser uploaded file

Proving that my iPad is in Error 9 and couldn't power on.

While I appreciate that you're trying to overcome a certain reputation for, shall we say, overstating things, a picture of an iPad that isn't powered on doesn't prove anything except that your have an iPad that isn't powered on. And, people will be quite happy to give you technical support without proof.
