thank you King_Penguin.. your solution worked.

I backuped all of my apps located under Music/Itunes/iTunes Media/Mobile Applications ..

I've removed itunes 12.7x and installed 12.6 version from apple's own website. And that works fine. My apps were removed or there were no app visible.. I downloaded one app, and searched it's location and put all of my apps there. and That worked great..

You will have to delete the current version and download and install the previous version that you had installed (and copy the old version of your iTunes library/database files back, the new version is likely to have updated them, which tends to make them incompatible with older versions ; they might be in a Previous iTunes Libraries folder in /users/'username'/Music/iTunes)

this is simply "bullshi" by the apple. i'm sorry for this word. but what they want? are they god, whatever they want they can mold into? this is enough. I am a music hater.. there is nothing in my mobile even considerable as "music" and this "rubbish" update actually a "downgrade" ....

if Apple is such music lover why did the do another bullsh by removing "headphone" from their phones..

this was only Steve Jobs how remade Apple,

Steve Jobs died, and sooner Apple will too!. it is looking clear.

How are are supposed to restore my iPhone 6s Plus Apps when their's no Apps in iTunes? What a stupid move by Apple, and my iPad 3 syncs but no apps appear just music.I have only five music tracks and I'm afraid it might delete my Apps if I sync my iPhone 6s Plus and my iPad 3 apps will definitely get deleted as their 32 bit apps not 64 bit apps.Apple your moving your customers away from you big time.as this is Bullying us by saying our way or the highway.Thank God I have an Android device as well.
