thank you King_Penguin.. your solution worked.

I backuped all of my apps located under Music/Itunes/iTunes Media/Mobile Applications ..

I've removed itunes 12.7x and installed 12.6 version from apple's own website. And that works fine. My apps were removed or there were no app visible.. I downloaded one app, and searched it's location and put all of my apps there. and That worked great..

It is simply not available in the new iTunes. You must use the mobile device to access your apps, yet the stupid developers left the not usable apps on my computer. 15GB of nothing accessible. /music/itunes/itunes media/mobile apps When I installed the new iTunes, it said it was focusing on Music, TV Show, and Television and other useless stuff. Another step backwards for Apple and their now simpleton development. Apple is trying to force everyone onto their mobile devices. Good luck with that iPhone X train wreck. How about the news of Apple sabotaging the older devices so you'll buy a new one. I don't trust Apple any further that I can throw their spaceship headquarters.

I'm an Apple user since 1994, and it is now clear that a bunch of simpletons are now running Apple!
