iTunes 12.7 has stopped working

After upgrading to iTunes 12.7.0.166 on my Windows 8 laptop this morning, iTunes will not open. I've rebooted the machine, reinstalled the software and i'm still having the same issue. I will open iTunes, it opens up but immediately fails and throws an error that states iTunes has stopped working. When I choose, Close program, it closes iTunes, starts back up and fails again with the same error. It's now basically in a loop. The only way to get out of the loop is to reboot the PC. After reboot, i've attempted to open iTunes again and I end up in the same loop. Anyone else having issues with the 12.7 iTunes upgrade on Windows 8 computers?
