iTunes Media Kind: missing Apps

How do I do this? I see no options to update/change settings or add 'Tones' back onto the Media Kind list. I use a PC. Windows phones just use MP3s, easy. You are making it difficult to operate.

The same link is also included in my user tip, along with instructions on how to go back to a version of your iTunes library database that is compatible with iTunes 12.6.3.

but can one partition a drive, that is add another partition, to a drive that had 1 partition already, without having to reinstall all os/data on that initial partition?
