cannot update or download free apps because of billing information

Yeah I keep getting way over charged and it’s putting my card negative. It’s getting real old

It says that I have not used in the iTunes Store and that I have to tap review to sign in and when I sign in just brings back to the page I just was in

I used a Visa card because my cousin bought me something and now i can not download youtube

I will not let me download but let me update game and other apps I have

What can’t I download are use iTunes

I dont have a debit /credit card , i used my mum once , i just wanna download free apps for important stuff What can i do?.

It keeps making me do it over and over and it never works please help.

i can download or update games and I love games and I can’t buy things off games
