i hear someone laughing on my iphone

I was hearing a person laughing on my iPhone..is its apple or is it somebody hacking my phone....I hear voices and stuff.....should I call apple or call the police...I think the best choice is to call the police so they can find this person but I'll see whatever you think would be best....please help me I'm scared....

Does the problem persist if you do not hold the phone? If yes, then this problem cannot be solved remotely. If not, then try this:
