MBP Pro Mid 2015: one 4K and one WUXGA on 60hz
After searching and contacting Apple, I was advised to open a topic in the community regarding my question.
I have a MacBook Pro mid 2015 with AMD R9 M370X 2048MB graphics. Currently, I have a Dell U2412M (1920X1200, WUXGA) connected via mini display port to my Mac running at 60 Hz. I would like to add a Dell P2715Q 4K display which supports Single-Stream Transport.
The big question is if I can add the P2715Q using mini display port to my setup combined with the U2412M both at 60 Hz? Does anyone have experience with this? The Apple documentation does not provide if 60 Hz is support on Display Port.
I am not sure yet if I will use both the displays combined with the build-in Mac display, or just the two external displays.
