My iPhone 6 cant backup to the computer with itunes. It keep said "itunes could not backup the iphone because an error occurred while reading from or writing to the iphone". How do I fix this? Thank you.
I had this issue and I found that the restore process took almost 11GB from my hard drive... (I guess this may change depending the size of your backup) leaving me out of space and giving me that error... I cleared some space before restoring my iphone and no errors came up... Hope this helps
hi. i am getting the same error. the backup is in C drive but there is no space free there as its all systems files. D and G drive have enough space. what can I do to restore my backup?
On itunes using windows 10
found out that Windows PC HDD was full
Trying to release some storage so that backup can be restored
