Hi, I updated to ios 11 on my 64GB iPhone 6s without any issues. But since doing so my phone has stopped working 3 times. The problem is that the phone freezes and I can't press any apps or open app switcher, it's just dead. I have to do a force restart to get back up running again.

Exact same issue... Wasn't immediate after update, just started a day or two ago. I've had to hard reset 3-4 times now. Several otherwise reliable apps open very slow or more often crash without opening
I should listen to my family and friends...Android sounds like it just very well be the cure for my $800 problem that I have been experiencing with my not so friendly anymore iPhone...
So am I. Updating hasn’t seemed to help. If anything, my iPhone 6s freezes MORE often now. In fact, it has frozen TWICE as I’ve been trying to complete this reply! Not cool, Apple.

Me too. Not just freeze my iPhone 6s is always blackscreen when stanby or lockscreen after update to the newest iOS 11.2.2
I really hope i can downgrade to iOS 10.3.3 I’m so sad ;( because apple unsigned iOS 10.3.3 huft..
Same issue with my iPhone 5s. The only way I can use it now is with the brightness turned way down. This *****! I will not upgrade to a new iPhone with these issues. 😖

Ask apple customer service to check your battery. You can do it in online.
If it’s ok then no point of replacing battery. It’s a software issue. Mine froze 4 x yesterday. I had to restart it 4 times
