Has anybody in Zambia experinced horrendous service from our one and only new apple store in Lusaka. I purchased a new Mac 27" from the store. It worked for 3 week and bombed out. Now been waiting 6 weeks just for them to tell me what wrong with it.
Approach this store with caution!!!!!!
This is not an actual Apple Store, though as an Apple Premium Retailer they ought to offer comparable support when there is a problem. It sounds as if they are not doing so. You could write a complaint to Apple, who certainly would expect a retailer to behave itself. A snail-mail letter would probably be best:
