Just wanted to inform you that WiFi in new iOS 11 keeps turning on
iPhone 6s, iOS 11
This is not true - I toggled off in settings and it still came back on.

If you're tapping the buttons in control center, it's a change whereby tapping the icons drops the current connection but does not shut WiFi (or Bluetooth) off; to do that you have to use the slide toggles in Settings.
This is quite handy as you can disconnect from a current troublesome WiFi network without having to remember to reenable it later.

I have turned WiFi off in Settings too and it keeps turning back on.

No, it didn’t. It’s exaxtly the same. Previous version also shut it off permanently if turned off from settings, so stop trolling.
I’d rather buy a chinese phone than another iOS device. iPhones are so slow with each update; it’s pretty obvious what they’re trying to do - make our phones useless after 1-2 years.
