I believe my iPhone is jailbroken

I believe that my iPhone was jailbroken. Because I don't see AT&T 3G on the top left corner. And when I checked my iPhone, there are some default apps that are deletable. And I'm really need you guys to help me and tell me what to do. Because I seriously want to know what is going on here and tried to post in Reddit and other stuffs, but noone answer me. If Apple community doesn't answer me then what should I do? I tried to connect to iTunes to check and this is what I received.

iPhone 5, iOS 10.3.3, null

As of iOS 10 some system apps can be deleted including the ones you listed.

Thanks. Now is there another way to check if you're jailbroken more than just looking for Cydia? And if Cydia is hidden then is there a way to find it?

And does update the iPhone to the new version remove all jailbreak too?

Neither of which is indication that your phone has been jailbroken. However, if your restore it as new, it should remove all doubt.
