security question

i just want to inform you that i had a problem in my apple id / icloud account , because i am remembering the password of those account , but they are ask my to write the security question which i forget it ! and when i proceed to reset the security question they send a verification code to " MORSY " , and i didnt receive anything on my mobile and on my email .i can provide you the whole procedure if u send me your email address . and i can also provide my official passport copy if you need it to confirm my account .

my apple id : ****@hotmail.com

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.3.3

Don't post your email address, these are user public forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove it.

If you can reset the questions yourself ( If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions)contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
