How do I fix iOS 11 screen recording issue of freezing image but still recording sound?

Sadly after upgrading to IOS 11.0.2 it’s not working on my iPhone anymore as well.....

Did 1,2,3,5 and 6.

only thing I haven’t tried is recovery mode...... could you tell how I would do that please?

Same here! I’m so frustrated at not able to record my gameplay. Screen freezes after switching to my game app. Resumes after I switch to different apps. I have iPhone 8+

i had the same issue with my photos, but they did not disappear they just got placed randomly all over the phone... total bs if you as me ... and same still

Same here, it finally works on my iPad as well, updating my iPhone now, so it should work on that one as well I hope ;-)

Same, always gives me the same problem, some apps are not freezing but almost all are, and the video goes on with just the same screen with sounds... apple pls fix this😭
