“Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed...etc”
I’ve messaged iTunes Support that this alert keeps popping “Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed...etc” they answered as you can see on the picture! What does that means?
It means what it says, they've found evidence that you've violated the iTunes store's terms (the link that they give), and as a result they've permanently disabled the account, so you won't be able to download (or redownload) anything on it.
