Second hand used iPhone İcloud problem

Hello ,
I'm a good apple user. Last summer I bought a 2nd hand iPhone 6 plus 128GB model phone. I forgot to log out of the iCloud account and returned it to the factory settings. I can not reach the old owner of the iPhone. They said they could not help me when I contacted the company where the phone was purchased. I regularly update this phone. Maybe I can use the old owner account to remove it. But the old owner does not sign out and the phone stays on the Activation screen right now.
Please help me. If you want, I can send you the citizenship certificate of Turkish Republic Citizen.
Have a nice day.

I'm very glad the rules are as rigid as they can be. They are there to protect people from having their phone stolen and someone else getting into it. You should have made sure when you paid the previous owner money that the phone was fully prepared to be sold. All it would have taken was a little research on your side to know what is required. There's an old saying......"Buyer Beware." I'm sorry this happened to you, but it was completely avoidable.

There is no need to yell. There is nothing that can be done for you here or from Apple. You purchased the device from the owner, you have to find the owner. If you cannot find the owner, then you have been the unfortunate victim of either forgetfulness on the part of the seller, or downright skullduggery.

Either way, no one can help you. In future, when purchasing a device from a third party you need to ensure the following things:

1. The screen should be displaying the "Hello" screen - that shows that the device has been factory reset

2. Press the Home button to initiate the startup process

3. Select your language, select your country

4. Select a Wifi or Cellular connection

If the Activation Lock has not been correctly removed, and the device has not been removed from the previous owner's iCloud account, then the device will still be Activation Locked, and that is the screen you will see. Until the device is removed from their iCoud Account, you will not be able to proceed, or use the device.

If the Activation Lock has been correctly removed, then the next screen you would see would be the "Location Services" screen.

Cheers,

GB

We keep trying to tell you that yes, the Apple Company as you say will not do anything for you. Period. Nothing. Zip. Nadda. Samsung won't do this for you. LG won't do this for you. No cell phone company will unlock a phone that was not properly prepared by the previous owner. You need to get over this because there is nothing anyone can do for you. PERIOD.
