Ever since upgrading to IOS 11, my iPhone 6 plus won’t connect with the handsfree bluetooth function in my 2015 Honda CRV. I’ve tried disconnecting, rebooting, etc. Has anyone else experienced a problem with their bluetooth linking in cars?

10 minutes!!! WOW...my phonebook showed up complete for FOUR minutes and out of over 200 contacts, left me with 4, one of which was my own cell number !!!

I just “upgraded” to an iPhone 8 and iOS11. I’m having the same problem with my Honda CR-V 2012 HFL.

I have a 2012 Honda CRV and I get a high pitch squeal in the back ground while talking!!!!

I have had several phone conversations with Apple support regarding bluetooth got iOS 11 Acura. h

If that’s true, why then do the names only show up on my car if they are non iPhone users. iPhone users show as numbers only.... both in my 2007 Toyota and my 2014 Honda Accord.
When you say it freezes up your system, what do you mean? Just got a 2017 pilot and I’m having issues with sound going out and not able to change the station. Are you still having the problem?
So what you’re saying is that Honda, Toyota and Hyundai, all have to update their firmware?? My iPhone 7plus won’t sync to any of these manufacturers.
And Apple keeps saying that it’s the auto manufacturers problem and not theirs?? I hope they’re wrong and that the 11.3 update resolves this pain in the butt issue.
Android has the same problem so make sure you don’t update your Samsung if you don’t want the same issue to arise.
