family sharing "ask to buy" for adults?

I just realized "ask to buy" is a option for family member under 18 only.

Is there a option for family member over 18?

I want to use it for my grand parents.

I know there is parental restrictions that can block app store, but i still want my grand parents to buy apps.

before edit:===============================

I have family sharing set up, but the "ask to buy" option is no where to be found for my family member, here is a screen shot: (am i looking at the wrong place?)

User uploaded file

I am the organizer, and the profile in the screenshot above is a family member. To get to that screen above:

settings->(my name)->familySharing->family member's name. (on ios11, iphone)

At first i thought maybe it's on by default, so i used my family member's device and made a purchase, no notifications was send to me.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 11, null

I probably should of researched a bit more because i discovered quite a few more threads about this problem:

Ask to buy for adults

How to set up ask to buy for adult accounts?

Can I turn on "Ask to Buy" for adults on my plan?

So i guess Apple's point of view is that if you don't trust someone with your credit card, then they shouldn't be in your family sharing.

Which is pretty valid, and a good way to prevent people from sharing app purchase with non family members.

But i want to ask apple to at least send me a notification when a family member made a purchase, because i really hate to not getting a immediate reason for why my balance went down.

I mean what if i lost my wallet but seeing my bank balance went down and i just thought "oh it's probably just my grand pa made some purchase on app store"?

Yes. That's exactly it I believe.

Not immediate, but you should be able to review purchases at http://reportaproblem.apple.com for the last 90 days.
