Saudi Arabia recently lifted ban on FaceTime but Apple still not gave carrier update to phones that sold without FaceTime
Now you may install FaceTime on devices sold in Saudi Arabia, your device should be updated to iOS 11.3 or later, after that you will find FaceTime in your iPhone
Does any one have luck to over Come Facetime challenge for Saudi iPhone "this app requires specific features not available in this device"
But do you know when will apply release this update?

Hi, I followed all your steps and moved the app to dock but after downloading the icon get disappeared in the dock. Also the YouTube link which you gave is terminated.

that is i'll have to go back to saudi and activate it from there then when i'll be back to my country i'll be able to use locally then....
