Since iOS11-update I can't any longer share a pass in Wallet with iMessage. I have done this before but now it seems only possible to share via email?
Bug, new policy or settings?

The issue was resolved today with the iOS11.1 update.
From discussions/complaints in other threads this seems to appear for devices using MDM (Mobile Device Management).

My device is using MDM (AirWatch) configured by our IT-department.
My question to iOS experts is "Should I contact our IT-department to change MDM-settings or should I wait for this to be solved in an iOS update?"
Same here, MDM using Microsoft Intune. So I don't think it's specific to a particular MDM implementation. If the profile is configured with "Allow documents to be shared only within managed apps/accounts" it seems to be what causes the issue. However, asking the IT team to remove this is not the solution in my opinion as it breaks the company policy in many cases and can leak private data from managed apps. Since photos/contacts are not managed apps, they should be able to be sent out. It's a bug, most likely due to the fact that they changed iMessage to be stored in the cloud now and did a lot of work around iMessage and broke something.
In the above cited thread there is a report that the issue is solved in iOS 11.1 beta4.
I guess we have to wait for 11.1, which should be arriving soon.
The exact setting controlling this in Intune is: iOS Configuration Policy \ Properties \ Settings \ App Store, Doc Viewing, Gaming \ Viewing corporate documents in corporate apps "Block"
I have the same problem with contacts or photos. The message icon is not shown under the share extension since upgrading to IOS 11. Even still not fixed as of 11.03.
We are seeing this exact same issue during our Intune rollout. Does anyone know if this is being addressed at Apple? iOS appears to be the only platform reporting the issue at this time.
