It’s intermittent - on some calls you can perfectly notice it on others no problem. I have already tried resetting the phone with no success on solving the problem. I’m dealing with the issue since Friday. Very disappointed!
Does anyone has the same problem or knows how to fix it ?

I was trying to get newest update version and new features it won’t let me do anything of that so please I want make this work
After the update 11.02 I didn’t listen no more cracking static noises during calls
Update 11.0.2 fixes this issue. The update should be available in settings on your phone.
Are you running 11.0.2?
I'm still not sure - it seems better (mine wasn't that bad at first - sounded like stubble rubbing against phone), but still isn't gone.

I have the same issue with my first one I got from AT&T and the replacement I got 4 days later. Both are static when using the phone the old school up to the head way.

Yes very sure it is the same problem. Static / crackling noise. Exactly how it is described by so many.
Appple releases iOS 11.03 to fix that. Is your phone updated?
It could be that you're unfortunate enough to have some kind of defective unit. Happened to me in the past.
