My globe keeps spinning.

Question

My globe keeps spinning.

Keeps freezing and globe keeps spinning. The longer I am on the slower it gets.

Please download and run EtreCheck, created by one of own helpers here in ASC. It is a diagnostic tool that's very useful to us in finding problems. Also it will give us further specs on your Mac. After it runs post the log file here. It will contain no personal information.

If you have insufficient RAM you need to add more RAM. I'd suggest you have this done by an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider).

Are you talking about the spinning globe on the startup screen and have you tried the suggestions in this support topic?

About the screens you see when your Mac starts up - Apple Support

Or will it startup normally and then exhibit the spinning multi-colored ball and get slow?

Hello. I ran a scan on Beachballing. It says I have insufficient RAM. It shows instructions on how to work on it. But I am not sure if I am suppose to replace this RAM or if taking it out, removes all content. Plus I want to save photos. Everything else I don't have a need to keep. I am not sure what I need to save photos.

When I first turn my laptop on, it works great. The more I browse, the freezing starts and pointer globe starts spinning. Then I have to shut off manually with power button. Restart and it will still spin and freeze.

well I guess I will try tomorrow. Cause this said I needed to remove the back and go something with the memory. Not sure about me doing all that. Besides this is not good communication for me because I must be something wrong and it takes a lot of backtracking to get an answer.
