No entry sign installing High Sierra

Hi,

I tried to do a clean install of High Sierra. The installation looks ok until the MacBook restarts and all I see is a black screen with a white no entry sign. Rebooting it has the same result.

If I try another install via Mac OS Recovery the same thing happens. However I can install Sierra via Mac OS Recovery. After a clean install of Sierra, I try to install High Sierra and I get the no entry sign again!! Aaargh!!

Can anyone help me?
