I just updated to iOS 11, the final release. I have an iPad Pro 10.5 inch. I can not write in any of my drawing apps including note. I tried restarting my iPad, reconnecting my apple Pencil. By can not write I mean writes lightly instead of normally When I press hard on the iPad it then finally responds but i am pushing too hard. Can someone please help?

Try a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.
Then try forgetting the Apple Pencil connection in the Bluetooth settings and then try reconnecting the Pencil.

Make sure the tip is screwed on securely.
Also, Apple JUST introduced an update to iOS 11.
You could try downloading and installing it via the iOS 11 Software Update feature or update via a computer with the latest iTunes version.
