i am from india and i am buying apple watch series 3 wifi cellular from canada so does its work in indian network?

Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) is not locked to any specific carrier and has a built-in eSIM that copies information from the iPhone's SIM card.

The built-in cellular features require a carrier plan in the country of use that specifically includes support for Apple Watch.

If buying Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) in another country, then you would need to buy a model that supports the relevant LTE and UMTS bands for your country and supported carrier.

I suggest that you contact your preferred carrier to ask whether any given model of Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) would be compatible, in due course, with any service plan that they may plan to offer for iPhone and Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular).

Note that the built-in cellular features cannot be used when roaming. Also keep in mind that warranty service availability may be restricted.

You might be better off contacting Apple to ask them directly as LTE networks are not the same in every country, if you go to this page you can see the exact LTE specifications for each country the Watch is sold in Apple Watch - Carriers - Apple (CA) , with this list your carrier might be able to tell you wher you can get a Watch from that will work in your country.

As I hoped to explain in my previous reply, you will need to ask your carrier for the answer to that question.

You would need to ask Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider whether warranty service would be available in India for a model purchased in any other given country.
