Using iTunes 12.7, play count not updating anymore
Has anyone else experienced a problem with iTunes 12.7 where the play count won't update any longer and does anyone know of a fix please?

I too was having this issue, I fixed mine by signing out of iTunes and back in, now it's working again.

No luck with me, even tried reinstalling but still not updating play count, thanks though
Hey it worked, after trying again, thanks very much
It was working, lasted about a month. I had to sign out and in again a couple of days ago, seems ok again now. Apple need to sort this out really.
