I can no longer send videos or digital touch messages to people with an android phone since I updated to iOS 11. Can someone help me fix this problem?

i have this same issue and I don't understand how it is my carrier as well> there is no way its the carrier with so many people having issues

Updates can sometimes interfere with phone provisioning from your carrier.

I called Verizon and was told that Apple changed the length of videos that can be messaged to 10 seconds and under. I am going to contact Apple later to confirm this is true.

I have Verizon.

Where is your link to this so-called press release? Apple has never “supported” android phones. They do support SMS and MMS which are carrier standards.

And I would like to see this so called carrier update because I have version wirh up to date software and my phone still does not send video to phones that are not Apple.

Have you gone through the steps that you can do by yourself listed in the original post? After I did all that is when the carrier update popped up on my phone.

Try downgrading back to the iOS 10, I’m going to try that and see if it helps

Apple is no longer signing any version of iOS 10.

Spoke with engineers and they know the issue exists. A fix however is unknown. Not a carrier issue.
