My download speed is VERY slow on my Mac

I saw on a previous question that it was suggested to run EtreCheck. I did, and here are the results. Can someone look for me, please? My download speed is crazy slow. My Dell downloads at 10.28 Mbps but my Mac only does 1.6 Mbps!

EtreCheck version: 3.4.5 (455)

Your report is fine. Download speeds are generally an issue with your ISP and your network setup. Begin by contacting your ISP's support. Basic things you can do to start is resetting and restarting your modem and router. You will need to look at the manuals for both devices for instructions. If you don't have the manuals available, Google the model of each device and search for them.

I get your Dell works okay, however what you are requesting is normally an issue with outdated firmware or simply some type of hang on the router or modem.
