Help I must delete gay app in Middle East

I live in Middle East, I am gay but I live with parents and they do not know, they can never know. I downloaded gay app Grindr and I am unable to delete, only hide in purchased apps. My parents could find the hidden gay app if they became suspicious and it is very bad to be found out where I live, I could go to prison or worse. How do I delete Grindr and any other gay app, not just from iPhone/iPad but also from app store? Not just hide but delete as if I never downloaded? My life could be in danger.

You may delete the app, but you cannot pretend that you never bought the app. The system is as it is so that folks who have lost purchases can redownload them.

Even those of us who are gay will tell you what ckuan told you. I'm gay and never have I downloaded an app that would endanger me. I live in the US A where I'm not in a lot of danger BTW.

Change the Apple ID then so you do not have access to any of your previous content & apps.

BTW, you are the one who download those apps even though you know they can be dangerous! And you want to blame Apple what you did to yourself?

I said that I currently live in the USA, I did not claim that as my nationality. If you check my profile you will see that I am Mexican. My flag is red, white & green, not red, white & blue. And it has a cool seal in the middle of the Mexica legend that led to the founding of my people; an eagle sitting on a cactus with a snake in his mouth.

Your life seems to be up to your parents, not anyone here. You are very hung up on vilifying others for the situation you have created. You came and presented a problem. We have both explained the truth. If you didn't wish to hear the truth, why did you post?

I hope that your family loves you more than you appear to believe that they do.
