MacBook Air Display Turns A Turquoise When Turning Off on macOS High Sierra?

I have a Early-2015 MacBook Air 13”. Recently after installing macOS High Sierra (10.13), after turning off the computer, a turquoise screen pops up for 3-4 seconds before shutting down. What does this mean? Is it a bug or virus?
